Responsible for providing day-to-day direction and Supervision of work activities of direct reports within assigned areas.
Possess a developed and demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform the activities and assignments you are directly responsible for supervising.
Work performance in assigned area shall be at the level that meets BHI and plant established standards and expectations.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities - Specific job responsibilities and duties should include but not be limited to:
Direct daily activities of assigned personnel Augment and support assigned personnel in areas requiring additional assistance and at times where work demand his higher than expected Conduct and document focused observations of work activities for safety and operational improvement opportunities Provide direct coordination between client personnel and work group to understand daily and weekly work scope All duties and responsibilities contained within Job Description for those personnel being supervised Notify management of need for repairs Additional

Conduct and actively participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings Follow established safe work practices Use administrative documents, procedures, data sheets/forms properly Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding if necessary Capable of performing assigned duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision Requirements:
